For a big store that deals with such volume, they manage to do a great job. So many other shops feel that customers owe them something. I bought a couple bikes and I buy a lot of accessories.

I've bought three bikes from Latus and have had nothing but exceptional service in all areas of the store, from the purchases to service. I also love the fact that they've never been condescending even though I'm a woman bike rider. Other stores haven't been so gracious. I can't say enough. They rock it!

Nothing but good to say, staff, parts, and prices. they shipped me oil once (to fill out an order) and it leaked  - they IMMEDIATELY shipped me out more, with a free t-shirt. They are farther from me than others, but they're going to get my future business.
