Latus Motors Harley-Davidson

Jay has helped me with parts and decisions on what I needed to make the parts I wanted to order work on my particular bike. He has been very helpful and courteous to me every time I've been in. John and Krysti in the parts department have helped me a lot as well, and I always get the right parts. Krysti has been really nice and has helped me a lot at the parts department counter when John was busy. I met Teresa after I had some service work done on my Nightrain. She has been very nice to do business with and I enjoy my visits with her every time I'm in the store. Her personality is a real plus for the store. I hit it off with her right away, she likes my dog and life partner Zephyr who is a 100 lb black German Shepherd long coat. Latus Motors is good enough to allow Zeph to come into their store when I visit. So Teresa met Zephy the first time I brought him into the store. He likes to stand up with his big feet on her counter and chat with her! I enjoy walking around the store looking at the new Harleys and chatting with ...

Huge thanks to Marshall and the collision repair people. After my bike suffered freight damage, I took it in for an estimate of repair. The bike was fixed just when they said it would be and even below the estimate. And, they did a great job. It helped ease the pain. And, don't ship ANYTHING with Daily Direct or HaulBikes !!!!!

The Service Department at Latus knows what good customer service is all about! Teresa, Jay, Mike, Mike, Steve, Rodney and the rest of the team take THE best care of their customers! They call when new merchandise arrives in Parts that they think I might be interested in. They get our two rides in for service with what seems to be a moment's notice on my part. They take extra good care to make sure all their work is checked and tested. Our bikes come back spanky clean. Teresa takes good care to review the service invoices and make sure that they are accurate and looks for ways to make sure that you are receiving the "best bang for your buck." Jay is very responsive to many girlie questions about what is happening with my ride. Both Mikes go above and beyond with helping diagnose issues and suggesting ways to make my baby run harder faster... The service crew at Latus is AAAA++++ in my book!

I shop all the Harley clothes departments throughout the NW and Latus is always the best. Great selection and super service.
